Who can see and join my event? (Privacy levels)

Each event has a privacy setting that controls who can see it and sign up — from private, to your group only, to a shareable link, to fully public.

When you create an event, you choose how widely it's shared. In plain terms:

Private — only people you invite directly can see it.
Group only — everyone in your group can see and sign up.
Shared link — anyone with the link you send can sign up, but it isn't listed publicly.
Public — anyone can find it, including people browsing for games nearby.

Tip: Start more private if you're unsure — you can always open it up later.
