Running events
What do the member statuses mean?
A status shows where someone is in joining: Active (full member), Invited (not yet accepted), Waiting to confirm (needs to verify email), Requested (awaiting your approval), or Suspended.
On your Members page, each person shows a status so you know what's happening:
- Active — a full member, ready to play.
- Invited — you've invited them; they haven't accepted yet.
- Waiting to confirm — they joined but still need to confirm their email.
- Requested — they asked to join and are waiting for you to approve.
- Suspended — they've been removed from the group.
Tip: If someone is “Requested,” approve them from the Members page to make them Active.
