What happens if an event is full?
You can join the waitlist. If a spot opens we'll let you know — normally with a link you have to claim before a deadline, or it passes to the next person.
A full event isn't the end of the road. Joining the waitlist holds your place in line.
- Open the full event and tap Join waitlist.
- If someone cancels, the next person in line is emailed a link to claim the spot.
- Claim it before the deadline in that email. The window is shorter the closer the event is, and in the last couple of hours the host hands freed seats out at the door instead. If you don't claim in time, the spot passes to the next person and you come off the waitlist.
