How do I set up a weekly game? (Repeating events)
Turn on Repeats when creating your event and choose how often it meets — each session gets its own event, and they all share one link.
- When creating your event, turn on Repeats.
- Choose how often it meets — weekly, every 2 weeks, or monthly — and on which day.
- Choose how long it runs: a number of sessions, an end date, or open-ended.
Each session becomes its own event with its own guest list and waitlist, but they all share one link — so your players always know where to go.
Tip: Turn on Allow Auto-RSVP so your regulars can sign up once and be added to every session automatically. They can skip a week whenever they need to.
