How do I give someone a refund?
From your event's guest list, choose the player and refund their payment — the money goes back to their card in 5–10 business days.
- Open your event's guest list and find the player.
- Choose Refund. You'll see the amount going back to their card.
- Decide what happens to their spot: cancel the registration (frees the seat for the waitlist), mark them as comped (they keep their spot, attending free), or leave it pending to settle payment another way.
Refunds are processed by Stripe and usually reach the player's card in 5–10 business days.
Tip: Canceling your whole event notifies players, but it doesn't refund them by itself — send refunds from the guest list.
